Assuming they don't want to give up control they
can only increase the float by about 50%. At today's
market cap, that's about $115m in new equity.

$10 LAST january feel! if you have profit be happy.
If you like the company you can probably buy back
in at around $4 in the next few months.

for about 2 minutes, as it blows on by to something
