How much liquidity do you need? If you are buying 20,000
shares I would say be careful but it still might be
good investment if you are able to hold and never

I actually talk to management and at Conf calls
and I'm not afraid to put my name behind my posts
Steve Fischer Rockport TX. There is good and bad in
this report. I don't like the climb in non-performing
assets although they still aren't too high...

I talked to Mr McCluskey for about 10 minutes. I wanted
him to know how concerned and upset shareholders are
about the dilution. He was clearly aware of this.
